You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use top178. Identity verification via Indonesian KTP is required before withdrawals are processed. Underage accounts are terminated immediately upon discovery.
Each individual may hold only one active account on top178. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts, or accounts opened in a third party's name are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of funds.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility. Bonus abuse, including matched betting with the intent to exploit promotions without genuine gameplay, voids the bonus and any associated winnings.
Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are subject to minimum and maximum limits. Withdrawals require identity verification and are processed according to the current schedule published in the cashier section.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. top178 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Immediately report any suspected unauthorized access to our support team.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which top178 is licensed. By using the platform, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts for the resolution of any disputes.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

2.3 It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. top178 operates as an internationally licensed offshore gaming platform. Indonesian residents who choose to access the Platform do so at their own discretion and legal risk. top178 makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction.
3.1 To access real-money gaming features, you must create an Account by completing the registration process accurately and truthfully. You agree to provide:

The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual, whether using the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. top178 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to confiscate any funds or winnings associated with them.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information. Material changes — including email address, mobile number, or bank account details — must be reported to support immediately. top178 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate information.
3.4 Account credentials (username and password) are personal and non-transferable. You must not share your login details with any third party. top178 will never request your password through any channel.
4.1 Prior to processing your first withdrawal, and at any time deemed necessary by top178 for fraud prevention, AML compliance, or account security purposes, you will be required to complete identity verification by submitting:
4.2 Documents must be legible, unexpired, and submitted in JPG, PNG, or PDF format with a minimum file size of 500KB. top178 may request additional documentation if initial submissions are unclear or raise identity concerns.
4.3 Processing of KYC submissions typically takes 1–3 business days. Withdrawals will be placed on hold pending successful verification. top178 is not liable for any delays or losses arising from incomplete or inaccurate KYC submissions.
4.4 All KYC documents are handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are stored on encrypted servers, accessed only by authorized compliance personnel, and are never shared with third parties except as required by applicable law.
5.1 top178 accepts deposits via the following methods available to Indonesian residents:
5.2 Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable transaction fees are displayed at the time of each transaction in the cashier section. These amounts are subject to change without prior notice.
5.3 All deposit funds must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. top178 reserves the right to return funds to their source and suspend an Account where third-party funding is identified.
5.4 Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). top178 does not charge deposit fees, though your financial institution may apply its own transaction charges for which top178 bears no responsibility.
5.5 top178 does not accept deposits made with funds derived from illegal activities. By depositing, you confirm that all funds are legally obtained. Deposits suspected of being connected to money laundering or fraud will be frozen pending investigation and reported to relevant authorities.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the cashier section of the Platform at any time, subject to the following conditions:
6.2 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. If this is not possible, top178 will process the withdrawal to an alternative verified method registered in your name.

6.4 top178 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds. Such checks may extend processing times. Players will be notified promptly if their withdrawal is subject to an extended review.
6.5 Withdrawal fees, if any, are disclosed at the point of request in the cashier section. top178 does not apply withdrawal fees to standard transactions, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose its own charges.
6.6 top178 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to the Account Balance if the request has not yet been processed and a security concern has been identified. You will be notified by email in such an event.
7.1 top178 offers various promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP loyalty incentives. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for matters directly related to that promotion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, all bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and eligible games are stated in each promotion's terms. Bets placed on games excluded from wagering contribution will not count toward fulfilling the requirement.
7.3 Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and any associated winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirement within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
7.4 Prohibited Bonus Conduct: The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate bonus cancellation, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potentially permanent Account suspension:
7.5 top178 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-cycle, reasonable consideration will be given to players who have partially met the wagering requirement at the time of withdrawal.
7.6 VIP program tier qualifications, point calculations, and reward structures are set out in the VIP Program Terms, which form part of these Terms by reference and are published separately in the VIP section of the Platform.
8.1 All wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game's interface or in the Platform's help section.
8.2 Sports betting markets — including but not limited to BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, Piala AFF, and badminton events — are governed by the Sportsbook Rules published on the Platform. Key provisions include:
8.3 Casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are independently audited and available for review in each game's information panel. top178 does not manipulate game outcomes.
8.4 Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are sourced from official, publicly verifiable sources. In the event of a discrepancy between results displayed on the Platform and the official source, the official source shall prevail and all affected bets will be recalculated accordingly.
8.5 top178 reserves the right to void bets placed in error — including instances of obvious pricing errors, system malfunction, or data feed failure — and to recalculate affected wagers at the correct market price. Players will be notified of any material voiding action affecting their Account.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of the provisions below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all Account balances and pending winnings:
9.2 top178 employs real-time monitoring tools, fraud-detection algorithms, and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Evidence of prohibited conduct will be preserved and may be shared with relevant law enforcement authorities where legally required.
10.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the top178 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of top178 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, top178, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
11.2 top178's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11.4 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. top178 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or malicious code.
12.1 top178 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools, accessible from your Account dashboard at no cost:

12.3 top178 reserves the right to enforce responsible gaming measures — including account suspension — on any Player whose betting patterns indicate problem gambling behaviour, without prior notice.
13.1 The collection, storage, use, and protection of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.
13.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the use of your data for KYC verification, fraud prevention, marketing communications (where opted-in), and service improvement purposes.
13.3 top178 processes data in accordance with applicable international data protection standards. All personal data is stored on encrypted servers. We do not sell personal data to third parties for independent commercial use.
14.1 Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirement) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any pending KYC review.
14.2 Termination by top178: top178 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:
14.3 In cases of termination for breach of these Terms, top178 reserves the right to withhold all Account Balances, including real-money deposits, pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, funds may be remitted to the relevant authorities.
14.4 Following Account closure, top178 will retain your personal data for the period required by applicable law, and in any event for a minimum of five years from the date of closure for AML compliance purposes.
15.1 top178 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to your registered address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amended Terms taking effect.
15.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 14.1.
15.3 The most recent version of these Terms, along with the date of last revision, is always accessible on this page. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of your rights and obligations.
16.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which top178 holds its gaming licence.
16.2 In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact top178's support team and allow a reasonable period — not less than 30 days from the date of your complaint — for the matter to be resolved through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitral body designated by top178's licensing authority. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language.
16.4 Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent interlocutory or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect their rights pending resolution of a dispute.
